1. About us

This website is run by Intee Haya, sole trader , at Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. These terms apply to every order you place with us.

2. Orders and our contract with you

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept [payment methods, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay]. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If we find an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and your 14-day right to cancel are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Ownership and responsibility for your order pass to you once it is delivered to you, or left where you asked us to leave it.

5. Product information

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and fabric may vary slightly between batches.

Sizes and measurements are given as a guide. Please check our size guide before ordering, as modest styles may be cut longer or looser than standard sizing.

6. Our liability and your rights

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more on your rights, contact Citizens Advice.

7. Intellectual property, changes and law

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, belongs to Intee Haya. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
